The view from the high bank of the Neris, by the café "Pušynėlis", is the most impressive in the entire regional park. Here you can not only enjoy a good lunch but also, looking out over the wooded distance, grasp most clearly why the regional park was established: to preserve the landscape of the middle Neris, with the very striking loops the river makes as it forces its way through the Baltic Highlands, pushed up by the glacier across its path.
