The 15 m tower stands on a hill in the former village of Kokmaniškė, 1 km outside the town limits of Tytuvėnai, as you drive east past Lake Bridvaišis. The hill is 162.4 m above sea level and 22 m above its foot, so you look out from as high as 37 m. From here you can see the Pašakarnis pond, the manor park, the forests of the Gomerta Landscape Reserve and the chapel and church of Šiluva, with panoramas of rolling fields and copses.
