A geological natural heritage site. This 7 m high conglomerate formation stands on the right bank of the Verknė, where the Verknė flows into the Nemunas. Ožkų Pečius ("the Goats' Stove") is best viewed while boating down the Verknė or from the opposite bank of the river. Getting right up to the outcrop is difficult and not recommended. People have long called the rock the Goats' Stove because the local roe deer, known locally as "goats", liked to warm themselves here. Raftsmen loved this place too: every year, by the rock, they would dunk those who had floated timber rafts down the river in the icy water of the Verknė.
