When travelling around the Kaišiadorys district, visit a ranch set up in the forest. Here children can interact with all kinds of friendly animals, ride a horse or a pony, run around a large meadow with the goats, stroke the rabbits, feed the chickens and enjoy other countryside pleasures: playing outdoor games, swinging on swings and exercising their feet on the barefoot path. Meanwhile parents can relax in hammocks, listening to the forest birds singing, or spend time by the fire pit – bring food along and you can have a picnic. The farm can also host photo shoots and birthdays. The concept of "Myliu kaimą" ("I love the countryside") is a calm family break surrounded by animals, so you will have the place to yourselves. To make sure of this, you should arrange your visit in advance, and in the warm season you may have to wait a week or two for a visit.
