"Miracle" Tile

Go to Cathedral Square, and near the bell tower you will find a special tile. The inscription on it reads "Stebuklas" (Miracle). Its creator, Gitenis Umbrasas, says he wanted to create something that cannot be measured in money, centimetres or other clear units. And people say that the tile really does help wishes come true. How does it work? Stand on the tile. Close your eyes. Make a wish and turn clockwise. Ta-da! The wish has been sent off into the universe. The miracle may happen here and now, or in 10 years' time. To be honest, the tile's author gives no guarantee of miracles. But let's admit it: wishes released into space have a better chance of coming true, and the process itself brings plenty of good feelings.
