Lumina Light Park

Not rated yetVilnius

Lumina is an open-air festival of light and sound installations held in the Vilnius University Botanical Garden in Kairėnai, Vilnius, through the darkest part of the year, from autumn until the end of winter. The walking route features more than 200 light installations, accompanied by music and sound effects, and every season the park presents a new theme. The magic of the lights is at its best after dark, when the garden's trees and plants become natural scenery. Some installations can be walked into for photos, and hot food and drinks are available in the park. An average visit takes about an hour and a half, but you can stay as long as you like. The park is created by the international Lumina Park network, which also runs light parks in Poland and Hungary.
