An observation tower built in Biržai Regional Park next to the Kirkilai karst lakes, shaped like a canoe or a sinking boat. The tower is almost 32 metres tall. The viewing platform, at a height of 30 metres, covers almost 30 square metres. On the ground floor there is a 27.75 m² amphitheatre for gatherings, small events or simply relaxing. The aim of the observation tower is to give visitors a good opportunity to get to know one of the main treasures of Biržai Regional Park – the karst sinkhole relief of the Kirkilai Landscape Reserve. From the top of the tower there are wonderful views of 30 water-filled sinkholes, known as the Kirkilai reserve lakes, about 35 m or more in diameter. Sometimes, under certain conditions, they take on various colours in summer.
