This park is historically the oldest place for walks in Druskininkai. One of the city's most elegant walking routes leads past the old mineral water pump room, where you can fill up with spring water. There are plenty of eye-catching sculptures, and in April the park's best-known feature – the musical fountain – is switched on. Your walk in the park is enriched by notable architectural landmarks – the almost unchanged buildings of the old Druskininkai mineral water and mud baths, which have survived since the late 19th century. The nearby elegant restaurant "Kolonada", another monument of the historic architecture of the Druskininkai resort, also draws the attention of the city's guests. You can end your walk in the park, and boast an impressive step count, by walking along the Nemunas embankment to the Beauty Spring. It is the deepest and saltiest mineral water spring in Druskininkai. Its water is not only salty but also has cleansing and rejuvenating properties for the skin. The water is not for drinking, but it works very well as an anti-inflammatory remedy – fill up a bottle for gargling.
