This 15 m steel observation tower stands on the right bank of the lagoon. The tower's viewing platform provides information about the surrounding sights. The tower offers views of the Curonian Spit National Park, its dunes and the lagoon. All around lie the Dreverna surroundings, rich in protected areas. From the tower you may see the white-tailed eagle, Lithuania's largest bird of prey, soaring as it hunts fish and waterbirds in the lagoon. In summer, great reed warblers, Eurasian bitterns and mute swans nest in the reed beds along the lagoon shore. In the second half of summer the common shelduck with its young can be seen on the more open shores of the lagoon.
